Position Overview:

Harton Realty Company is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and agents in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and handle purchasing needs
  • Perform general administrative duties including typing, filing, and data entry
  • Support staff and agents with clerical and organizational tasks
  • Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable at all times

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in typing and basic computer programs (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred

 

 

Schedule & Compensation:

 

  • Full-time M-F 8a-5p 
  • Competitive pay based on experience
