Position Overview:
Harton Realty Company is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager/Receptionist to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and agents in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and handle purchasing needs
- Perform general administrative duties including typing, filing, and data entry
- Support staff and agents with clerical and organizational tasks
- Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer programs (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time M-F 8a-5p
- Competitive pay based on experience
