Taste of Tullahoma & Business Expo

Monday, March 31st , 2025 4pm-7pm  TN National Guard Armory 1402 E Carroll St

EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

• Booth Setup: Monday, March 31st 1pm - 3pm Please have your booth ready to present no later than 3:00pm.
• Booth Teardown: Immediately after Expo 7pm-8pm
• Booth spaces vary in size & shape according to layout and include:
• (1) 6 ft. draped table
• (2) chairs and (1) trash bag
• Electricity if needed (please communicate need by 3/15/25)
• 2 Wristbands - Wristbands will be ready to pick up at event set up. We are able to set up group wristband sales and invoice your business or you may purchase additional wristbands at the gate. Free admission for children 12 and under. 
• Participants are responsible for their own materials and products to display. Due to the layout of the event there will multiple booth types (indoor/table only - indoor table with blue backdrop - outdoor) If your business has a preference please make note in your registration.
• Expo Passport: Attendees will be given a passport when they enter the expo that will list all participating vendors. The Chamber will provide a special marker for each vendor to check off each visitor’s passport as they visit your booth. Please make sure you have a designated person at your booth responsible for checking off passports. 
• Food and Beverage vendors must provide sample tastings for 200-250  attendees. Must provide your own serving plates and utensils. 
• Each exhibitor is encouraged to be creative and interactive with their visitors such as raffle drawings, giveaways, contests, etc. Exhibitors are encouraged to stand in front of their booth table to welcome visitors and enhance networking as well as collect contact information for future marketing contact.
