DESCRIPTION:Angela Sowers\, MS\, RD\, LDN\, Director of food and Nutrition Services - Morrison Healthcare at Tennova Healthcare - Harton\, is teaching a free monthly class designed for adults with newly diagnosed diabetes and for people needing a refresher course in diabetes management.  This is a bsic diabetes program therefore no physician referral is required.\n\n\n\nThe program content follows the American Diabetes Association guidelines and uses a variety of teaching methods to enhance learning.  Registration is not required but appreciated and can be completed by visiting the Tennova.com website and clicking the Events tab or by calling 1-855-Tennova (1-855-836-6682).  Walk-ins are always welcome.\n\n\n\n4th Wednesday monthly (exceptions are November and December 2019 which will be held on the 3rd Wednesday)\, from 3pm - 4pm in the Private Dining Room of Tennova Healthcare - Harton\, 1801 North Jackson Street in Tullahoma.
